Marta leads product design and UX strategy at GIS Cloud, owning the design surface across the company’s full portfolio of web and mobile applications. Her work spans the complete product lifecycle — user research and discovery, interaction design, component architecture, design system work, and engineering handoff — with current focus on complex cross-application features that turn dense domain logic into clear, usable interfaces for both expert and non-expert users.
She combines product design and UX research with product management, working closely with founders, engineers, and key client accounts to shape decisions that directly impact business outcomes and ROI. Her approach is research-driven and systematic: every design decision is grounded in user insight, validated against technical and commercial constraints, and documented for end-to-end execution. Marta has led platform-wide initiatives spanning nearly all of GIS Cloud’s applications — including projects that required coordinating an external design team alongside in-house engineering — as well as custom enterprise builds for industrial clients.
Marta first joined GIS Cloud in 2015 and spent several years in design, product, and marketing roles, establishing the UX process at the company and leading its brand and marketing strategy. She returned to product design at GIS Cloud after years of work on other B2B SaaS products, including a media-monitoring platform serving clients across Europe and a multilingual content management system built for an international company in the automotive industry. Across these contexts, the common thread of her work has remained the same: turning complex requirements into interfaces that feel obvious to use, for both expert and non-expert audiences.
