Head of Ground-Level Insights

Kira is a rescue dog of gloriously unknown origins — found as a puppy in a box in the woods with her whole litter, she came up the hard way and has been overachieving ever since. Black, tan, floppy-eared, and built like a sprinter, she arrives at every situation with the focused intensity of a seasoned hunting dog and the general energy of someone who just had too much coffee.

Her core competencies include digging holes (a baby mole was once recovered at a dig site; details remain classified), chewing sticks, and rescuing rocks from the sea — a sisyphean effort the sea has so far refused to acknowledge. Her nose-to-ground approach to problem solving translates well to customer success: she’s thorough, relentless about getting to the bottom of things, and her product feedback — delivered via persistent eye contact and strategic whining — has yet to be ignored.

Despite the intensity, she’s remarkably easy to get along with — friendly to everyone, human and animal alike, and always happy to run through her full trick repertoire for a slice of cheese. Out of the field, you’ll find her on the couch, four legs in the air, occupying approximately 90% of the available surface area. She supports the Customer Success team by maintaining high morale and knowing, always, when it’s time for a walk.
