Goran focuses on exploring opportunities in public and private sector tenders, identifying projects where GIS solutions add value. His role involves market research, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration to expand the company’s reach through tenders and partnerships.

He is co-founder and CEO of Smart Cloud, a key GIS Cloud partner, has been an early adopter and advocate of GIS Cloud technology. With over 12 years of experience in implementing GIS Cloud ecosystems, he has helped clients across Croatia leverage GIS solutions to optimize workflows and decision-making.

His passion for GIS technology began over a decade ago when cloud-based solutions were emerging. Through Smart Cloud, he has worked with various industries, integrating GIS Cloud technology into their operations.

Beyond work, Goran has a deep connection with nature and the sea. An avid winter swimmer, he finds inspiration and energy in cold-water swimming and enjoys hiking and exploring new landscapes.
